Pablo is an English teacher and teacher trainer (ISP “Joaquín V. González”). He holds a Postgraduate Advanced Certificate in Educational Assessment from the University of Cambridge and a Diploma in Education Policy from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. Before joining Cambridge University Press & Assessment, he managed projects in the areas of remote teaching, internationalisation of higher education and language teaching to refugees for the British Council and led the Education department of the Buenos Aires Herald newspaper.

Gladys Quevedo Camargo

Gladys holds a PhD in Language Studies and works with English language teaching and teacher education at the Department of Foreign Languages and Translation at the University of Brasília (UnB), located in the capital of Brazil. She also coordinates the Applied Linguistics Post-graduation Program at the same university. Her main areas of interest and research are language testing, classroom language assessment and language assessment literacy.

Elsa Fernanda Gonzalez holds a PhD in Applied Linguistics and ELT from the University of Southampton. She is a recipient of the 2015 Research Assessment Award from the British Council and currently works at the Universidad Autónoma de Tamaulipas as the BA in Applied Linguistics coordinator. Her areas of interest include classroom assessment of ESL/EFL productive skills and assessment literacy.

She is Associate Professor at the Londrina State University, Brazil. Her research includes additional languages, bi/multi and plurilinguism in Early Childhood and to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

Charles has been a leader in language testing for over 45 years. During his career, he has been a member of the faculty of the Department of Spanish and Portuguese at the University of Colorado, an Associate Program Director for TOEFL at Educational Testing Service, Director of Foreign Language Education and Testing at the Center for Applied Linguistics, and founder of Second Language Testing, Inc., a successful small business. He has published widely in the field, on the testing of all four skills, plus translation, interpreting, LSP and language aptitude. He was the founding president of the International Language Testing Association and is a recipient of its Lifetime Achievement Award.
